8-Week PTSD Recovery Program for Veterans, First Responders, and anyone who feels their life is out of control
You don’t need more coping strategies. You need a full nervous system reset.
Stop managing symptoms.
Start resetting your nervous system.
If you’re functioning but not fully yourself…
If you’ve done the work, but something still isn’t resolving…
If holding it together is starting to wear you down…
This is the next step.
The 8-Week Tactical Reset is a structured, one-on-one process designed to help you regulate your nervous system, process trauma, and rebuild a grounded sense of self.
Built for those coming out of high-intensity environments—like military service or first response—but effective for anyone ready to move beyond coping and actually reset from the inside out.
You don’t need a diagnosis to know something isn’t right.
You may be working. Providing. Showing up.
But internally:
-
You’re always on edge
-
Sleep doesn’t fully restore you
-
Irritation builds faster than it should
-
Shutting down feels easier than connecting
-
Real rest feels unfamiliar
Your system adapted to get you through.
👉 It just never fully reset.
This work is designed to change that—by working directly with your nervous system,
not just the surface symptoms.
This Is Not Therapy
This is not therapy.
This is not a support group.
This is not motivational coaching.
This is not “just talk about it” work.
👉 This is direct nervous system reset and integration.
We work at the level that drives:
-
Chronic hypervigilance
-
Emotional shutdown
-
Irritability and reactivity
-
Internal numbness
-
Loss of identity or direction after high-intensity experiences
-
Stored survival stress that never fully discharged
You don’t need more coping strategies.
👉 You need your system to recalibrate.
The Structure of the Program

This program is built in four phases.
Phase 1: Stabilization
Before anything deeper, we establish control.
You’ll learn practical tools to regulate your nervous system, including:
-
Breathwork protocols
-
Grounding systems
-
Baseline reset techniques
👉 You can’t rebuild on an unstable foundation.
Phase 2: Release
Once your system is stable, we begin clearing what’s been held.
This includes:
-
Structured emotional release
-
Processing suppressed material
-
Guided internal-state work
-
Symbolic reset practices
Everything is done:
👉 steadily, intentionally, and without overwhelm
Phase 3: Rebuild
With space created, we begin rebuilding from a stronger foundation.
We focus on:
-
Internal parts integration
-
Reconstructing identity and direction
-
Regaining control without volatility
-
Reconnecting to presence in your own life
Phase 4: Reintegration
This is where the work becomes real in your day-to-day life.
You’ll:
-
Apply what you’ve built
-
Strengthen consistency
-
Move forward with more control, clarity, and stability
👉 This isn’t hype.
It’s structured, lasting change at the level your system actually operates.
Methodology & Framework
This work goes beyond surface-level regulation tools.
The 8-Week Tactical Reset integrates modern nervous system science with time-tested approaches to trauma resolution—adapted in a grounded, practical way for real-world application.
Alongside structured breathwork and regulation training, this process may include:
-
Guided internal-state work
-
Structured emotional release
-
Symbolic reset practices
-
Pattern clearing (including generational patterns)

Targeted energy-based clearing
Some of these methods draw from cross-cultural traditions that have long been used to help individuals process intense experiences and return to balance.
👉 No belief system is required.

👉 The goal is simple:
restoring stability, clarity, and the ability to lead yourself effectively.

Why I Built This Program
I’m not speaking about this work from the outside.
I served eight years in the U.S. Army, including two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.
When I transitioned out, I struggled more than I expected.
I didn’t think I had PTSD.
I told myself other people had it worse.
But the signs were there:
-
constant tension
-
irritability
-
hypervigilance
-
emotional volatility
I sought help.
Medication took the edge off—but it didn’t rebuild anything.
What I eventually realized was this:
👉 I didn’t need numbing.
👉 I needed my system to reset.
Over time, I immersed myself in nervous system work, structured emotional processing, and deeper integrative methods that addressed what hadn’t fully resolved.
That work changed everything.
The 8-Week Tactical Reset comes directly out of that experience—refined into a clear, structured process.
It’s designed for people who are high-functioning on the outside…
but internally still carrying the load.
👉 This isn’t theory.
It’s lived experience, combined with a disciplined method that actually works.
