8-Week PTSD Recovery Program for Veterans & First Responders | Echo22 Tactical Reset

You don’t need more coping strategies. You need a full nervous system reset.

Stop managing symptoms.
Start rebuilding your nervous system.

If you’re functioning but not fully living…
If therapy helped but something still feels unresolved…
If suppressing your internal state is exhausting…

This is the next level.

The Tactical Recovery Intensive is a structured 8-week PTSD and Trauma recovery program for veterans and first responders ready to stop coping and start rebuilding from the inside out.

You don’t need a diagnosis to know something feels off.

You may be working. Providing. Showing up.

But internally:

• You’re always on edge
• Sleep isn’t deep
• Irritation escalates quickly
• Emotional shutdown feels safer than connection
• Rest feels unfamiliar

Your nervous system adapted to survive.

It just never reset.

This program works at that level.

This Is Not Therapy

This is not a support group.
This is not motivational coaching.
This is not “just talk about it” work.

This is direct nervous system reconstruction.

We work with the root layers that drive:

• Chronic hypervigilance
• Emotional shutdown
• Irritability and volatility
• Internal numbness
• Identity disorientation after service
• Stored survival charge that never fully discharged

You don’t need another coping strategy.

You need recalibration.

The Structure of the Program

PTSD recoveryroadmap

This program is built in four phases.

Phase 1: Regulation Stabilization

Before reconstruction, we establish control. You’ll learn structured breath protocols, grounding systems, and baseline reset techniques that stabilize your nervous system under pressure. You cannot rebuild on instability.

Phase 2: Release

Once stabilization is in place, we begin clearing stored survival charge.

This includes:

• Structured emotional release processes
• Direct processing of suppressed material
• Symbolic reset work, including controlled fire-based rituals
• Guided internal-state work

Steady. Contained. Intentional.

No overwhelm. No theatrics.

Phase 3: Rebuild

After clearing comes rebuilding.

We work with:

• Internal parts integration
• Role reconstruction after service
• Reclaiming edge without volatility
• Reconnecting to presence in your own life

Phase 4: Reintegration

Step back into life with control and the tools you have learned

Not hype but actual structural change

Methodology & Framework

This work is not limited to surface-level regulation tools.

The Tactical Recovery Intensive integrates modern nervous system science with time-tested trauma-resolution traditions that have been used across warrior cultures for generations.

In addition to structured breath protocols and regulation training, we may utilize:

• Guided internal-state journeys
• Structured emotional release processes
• Symbolic reset work, including fire-based rituals
• Generational pattern clearing
• Reintegration of fragmented internal states
• Energy-based imprint clearing

Some of these frameworks originate from cross-cultural shamanic traditions, adapted responsibly for modern trauma recovery.

No belief system is required.

These practices are introduced gradually, only when appropriate, and always grounded in practical integration.

This is disciplined inner work — not performance spirituality.

Everything serves one purpose:

Restoring internal stability, clarity, and self-leadership.

Who This Is For?

  • Veterans dealing with PTSD symptoms

  • First responders experiencing burnout or hypervigilance

  • Anyone stuck in fight-or-flight

  • People struggling with anxiety, sleep, or emotional control

Not a fit if:

• You’re looking for passive support
• You resist structured process
• You want quick fixes

This is disciplined work.

Why I Built This Program

I’m not speaking about this work from the outside. I served eight years in the U.S. Army, completing two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. When I left the military, I struggled more than I expected. I didn’t think I had PTSD. I told myself others had it worse. But the signs were there — constant tension, irritability, hypervigilance, emotional volatility. I sought help. Medication dulled the edge, but it didn’t rebuild me.

What I eventually realized was this: I didn’t need numbing. I needed reconstruction. Over time, I immersed myself in nervous system work, structured emotional release processes, and deeper internal frameworks that allowed me to address what had never fully discharged. That work changed my life. The Tactical Recovery Intensive was built from that experience — refined, structured, and designed specifically for veterans and first responders who are high-functioning but internally overloaded.

This is not theory. It’s lived experience, combined with disciplined methodology.

FAQ Section

Is this therapy?

No. This is not traditional talk therapy.

This program focuses on resetting the nervous system, not reliving or analyzing past events. Instead of managing symptoms, we work to recalibrate the internal stress response that keeps your system stuck in survival mode.

Do I need a PTSD diagnosis to join?

No formal diagnosis is required.

If you’re dealing with symptoms like:

  • hypervigilance

  • sleep disruption

  • irritability or anger

  • feeling constantly “on edge”

…this program is designed for you.

How is this different from therapy or medication?

Most approaches focus on coping and symptom management.

This program focuses on:

  • regulating your nervous system

  • clearing stored stress patterns

  • rebuilding a stable internal baseline

The goal is not to manage PTSD — it’s to reduce the intensity of the response itself.

What if I’ve already tried therapy or medication?

Many of the people who come into this program have already tried those routes.

This work approaches the problem differently — by addressing the body’s stress response system directly, rather than only the mind.

Is this spiritual or religious?

No. While the work is rooted in deeper healing practices, it is presented in a grounded, practical, and structured way. You don’t need to believe in anything for this to work.

How long does it take to see results?

Some people begin noticing shifts within the first couple of weeks, especially in areas like:

  • sleep

  • stress levels

  • reactivity

Long-term change comes from consistent application of the process over the full 8 weeks.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

Plan for:

  • your weekly session

  • plus time to apply the practices on your own

This program requires participation — not passive consumption.

Is this a group program or one-on-one?

  • This is a one-on-one program with direct support as well as membership into the Skool community for continous community support. Healing should not be done in isolation.

What happens after I apply?

After submitting your application:

  • it will be reviewed

  • if you’re a fit, you’ll be invited to a Clarity Call

  • from there, we determine if this program is the right next step
